One foot in the grave, the other on the treadmill
A tasty collection of anecdotes that serves up the challenges of aging with clarity and wit.
Within, losses are diluted with laughter, the shiver gives way to a shrug, the OMG to a LOL. Readers weary of “how to” books promising to reverse the aging process will delight in the dark humor of a self-described narcissist preoocupied with her own mortality.
Blackly comic, trenchantly insightful and vividly autobiographical.
